Most of the United States observes Daylight Saving Time which begins on the second Sunday in March at 2:00 a.m. local time. The switch back to Standard Time happens at 2:00 a.m. local time on the first Sunday in November.

Certain states do not observe daylight saving time. This includes most of Arizona, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and territories such as the US Virgin Islands, America Samoa, Guam, etc.
